Whisks n’ Whiskers Helping Beirut’s street animals
Whisks n’ Whiskers Helping Beirut’s street animals
My name is Hana. I am creating this fundraiser to help the stray and abandoned cats on the streets of Beirut that I encounter everyday. Throughout the years, especially during the last few unfortunate months of turmoil & war, many animals suffered whether on the streets, in unsafe zones or even in their homes & boarding places. The fear caused many to startle, run aimlessly, get injured & sadly even die. I am sure that every rescuer in Lebanon is doing what they possibly can. I am reaching out to animal lovers & advocates for support. The stray cats that I look after, feed, follow up on their health matters, vaccinations, neutering, or medical care & hospitalization in case of accidents, & boarding for those who can no longer go back to the streets have left piles of unsettled bills. My rescued cats from the streets of beirut, were unlucky to have met heartless humans who have abandoned them, ran them over, abused, or turned a blind eye to the sick, and the hungry! I try hard to restore their trust in humans & to find loving forever homes in Lebanon or abroad when these loving souls heal. I list my cases on social media & I am willing to share information about them all. (Instagram: @whisks_n_whiskers ). All money raised will go directly to pay Vet clinic bills, food, and boarding. Every donation, big or small is appreciated. My rescued cats will surely be sending you lots of Love in return.

Equip 10 Firefighters with CLW's Class of 2025
Equip 10 Firefighters with CLW's Class of 2025
Today, the under-equipped Lebanese Civil Defense firefighters risk their lives each time they respond to emergencies. Without essential protective gear, they face the flames in their bare clothes—a dangerous and life-threatening task that underscores their extraordinary strength and resilience as volunteers who work for free. The Senior Class of College Louise Wegmann (2025) is determined to change that. In October 2024, during a critical wildfire in our community, these brave firefighters protected our school, our homes, and Lebanon's precious green spaces. Their heroic efforts inspired us to take action. As part of the #EN-ROUGE-ET-BLANC school campaign in support of the Lebanese Civil Defence, our initial goal is to raise $10,000 to fully equip 10 firefighters with the essential gear they urgently need. But we can't do this alone. We need your support. Every donation, big or small, goes beyond providing equipment. It shows these firefighters that their sacrifices are recognized and appreciated, boosting their confidence and determination as they continue their mission to protect our country. Every dollar counts. Join us in giving back to those who risk everything for us.

Lebanese Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center
Lebanese Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center
Lebanese Wildlife rescues, rehabilitates, and releases Lebanon’s injured and orphaned wildlife. Currently, we operate from a home-based setup, which limits the number of animals we can care for. To expand our impact, we’re raising funds to build a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, creating a safe, dedicated space to provide specialized care for animals in need. With your support, we can give Lebanon’s wildlife a chance to heal and thrive. Every donation brings us closer to a future where these animals are respected, protected, and have a place to recover. Join us in building hope for Lebanon’s wildlife!

Helping fund the animals in South Lebanon
Helping fund the animals in South Lebanon
Hello! I'm an animal rescuer who has been dedicated to helping animals in the South for 7 years, as well as other dedicated rescuers (will place their info at the bottom). It was always a struggle in the past due to everyone's lack of compassion and empathy towards animals, however it has gotten worse due to the war. In the past, I've reached out to NGOs, shelters, and organizations for support... Recently, some have generously offered assistance, especially now that we're in a challenging situation, and we're truly grateful for their help. However, many animals have NO food and water. I'm raising funds to provide essential supplies like food and medical care for these animals and fellow rescuers in the area. Your support would mean the world to us. Thank you for your kindness. <3 Rescuers in need of help: Micheline S, Chams F, Jean Abou K, Sahar A, Hussein H (@mashallahshelter), Kassem H (@kassem.haydar.58), Mohammad H (@rescuing.souls), @doggosinleb, @rescuing_in_lebanon, @givemeapaw, @animalslebanon
