Maha’s Palestinian Journal

Maha’s Palestinian Journal
Children in Gaza are living through unimaginable hardship. Many have lost their homes, access to food, clean water, and basic medical care. Children who should be in school or playing safely are instead facing hunger, displacement, injury, and deep psychological trauma. Some are orphaned, others are caring for sick or wounded family members, and many are simply struggling to survive each day in conditions no child should ever endure. This campaign supports Maha’s Palestinian Journal, a living chronicle of life in Gaza over the past two years under bombardment, siege, displacement, and now deliberate starvation. The journal is an act of bearing witness, preserving memory, and telling the truth of what it means to live through the ongoing destruction of Palestine. At a time when Palestinian voices are routinely silenced, removed, or erased, this work exists to ensure that these experiences are recorded and shared with the world. While the journal remains the central focus, this effort is also guided by a deep sense of responsibility to help wherever possible. As the work continues, every effort will be made to support children and families facing urgent humanitarian needs, including access to food, basic medical care, shelter, and essential supplies, through trusted local relief efforts and humanitarian channels providing direct assistance on the ground. Children in Gaza are currently living through a severe humanitarian crisis. Families have been displaced multiple times, leaving them without stable shelter. Food shortages have made daily meals uncertain, and access to medical care is extremely limited, particularly for injured children, children with disabilities, and those suffering from malnutrition. No child should be left hungry, injured, or without hope, and no people should be forced into silence while this unfolds. Funds raised through this campaign will help sustain the continuation and publication of Maha’s Palestinian Journal while also allowing support, as much as possible, for humanitarian relief efforts during this critical time. Every contribution helps protect this testimony, support survival, and remind those enduring this crisis that they are not forgotten. Please consider supporting this campaign for Maha’s Palestinian Journal. At this time, the situation is extremely precarious, and support of any kind makes a meaningful difference. If you are unable to contribute, sharing this campaign is also a powerful act of solidarity. With thanks and sincere appreciation.

Escaping Hatred for a Healthy Future

Escaping Hatred for a Healthy Future
Hello everyone, My name is Tony, and I am writing to you from a place of great urgency. I am 32 years old, and while these should be the most productive years of my life, I am living under a weight I can no longer carry alone. As a Christian living in the Middle East, I face a daily reality of sectarian hatred and intolerance. This isn't just a mental burden; it has become a physical one. I have already been diagnosed with hypertension, a direct consequence of the chronic stress and anxiety caused by the environment I live in. My health is declining because I am living in a state of constant 'fight or flight.' My Goal: Safety and Health I have made the decision to leave the Middle East to find a land of peace where I can live freely and, quite literally, breathe again. The Plan: Because my primary goal is safety and a fresh start, I am remaining flexible. Once I have reached my funding goal, I will apply to the country that offers the most accessible visa path for my situation. This ensures that the funds you provide are used in the most efficient and successful way possible to get me to safety. Your impact will help cover: Visa & Legal Fees: Navigating the paperwork for a fresh start. Travel: One-way airfare to a new life. Medical Transition: Initial costs for managing my hypertension as I resettle. Basic Survival: A small safety net for housing and food while I find work in my new home. I am committed to total transparency. I will update every donor here step-by-step from the moment the goal is met, to the visa application process, and finally, my arrival in a safe haven. By supporting this fundraiser, you aren't just helping someone move; you are helping a 32-year-old man reclaim his health and his right to live without fear. Thank you for your kindness and for being part of my journey to peace. Note on Privacy: Please understand that I cannot post my personal photo or full name here for my own protection. In my current environment, revealing my identity and my plan to leave could put my life at risk. I must remain anonymous until I reach a safe haven.

Support Donation For My Mother
Support Donation For My Mother
For the past two years, Josephine has been enduring a long and difficult battle with throat cancer and COPD, which severely affected her lungs. She underwent a tracheostomy and has faced countless treatments, hospital visits, and daily challenges. Despite the pain, the inability to eat, and the heavy medications and antibiotics, my mother has never lost her strength or hope. She continues to fight with incredible courage. Today, she needs our support more than ever. The medical expenses, ongoing treatments, and daily care have placed an overwhelming financial burden on our family. Doctors have now recommended a PEG procedure (a feeding tube inserted into the stomach) so she can receive proper nutrition, as she is no longer able to eat or drink by mouth. She needs your support to continue her treatment and access the medications she depends on. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has stood by us during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Support for a Young Family in Medical Crisis
Hello, This is a young father from Mohammandpur, Dhaka. I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for help during one of the most challenging times of my life. My wife is currently in her 8th month of pregnancy with our first child. What should have been a joyful time has turned into a medical crisis. During recent prenatal checkups, doctors discovered that she has gallstones (cholelithiasis) with elevated pancreatic enzymes. Her amylase and lipase levels are critically high, exceeding 1000, indicating acute pancreatitis. This serious condition requires immediate medical attention and careful monitoring throughout her pregnancy. We have incurred significant medical expenses already. My wife is under the care of Sappo Medical Hospital, where she will deliver. The estimated cost for her remaining prenatal care and safe delivery is approximately $1,000. Additionally, I have taken a loan of over $600 to cover recent diagnostic tests, medical bills, and essential medications. I must repay this loan within one month. Unfortunately, I recently lost my job, and I am currently unemployed. As a first-time father, I am struggling to manage these unexpected expenses while ensuring my wife receives the best medical care possible. Every day is stressful as I watch my wife's health complications and worry about our baby's safety. I am not asking for charity, but for help during this emergency. Your donation, no matter the amount, will help us pay for her medical treatment and repay the urgent loan. It will give my wife peace of mind and allow us to focus on her health and our baby's arrival. Thank you for your compassion and support during this critical time for our family.
