Where Orphan Welfare Organization (Registration No. 1899, 1952) is a nonprofit organization established in the year 1952 offering educational, instructional, rehabilitation, social, vocational, clinical, and recreational services to the most vulnerable groups in the society, especially the orphans and children who are going through financial and social problems including those with special needs and the deaf, and the people with physical disabilities.

The Center for Children with Special Needs at Orphan Welfare Organization (OWO) aims to develop and promote the abilities of persons with mental challenges through a specialized program that helps them meet their educational and social needs to become self-dependent and autonomous.

Beneficiaries:

-Up to 120 children and young adults, from 3 to 24 years old.
