Help my husband get medicine.

Help my husband get medicine.
I am Mudita Kumari Marasinghe, my village is Narammala. We got married in 2005, when I was 27 years old. We settled in my husband's village, which is Horowpothana. Our first child was lost. He was a boy. He died a few hours after birth due to a miscarriage. 3 years later, we had a daughter. My husband did not have a job. He worked as a hired hand. But he did not do us any harm. We spent our time very happily. Our little nest was torn apart in 2022 after my husband fell ill. He suffered from a heart attack in 2022. Since then, our economy has been declining. At that time, my daughter was in grade 9. We needed a lot of money for the child's expenses, household expenses, and medicine for my husband's illness. Although my family helped me at first, everything changes with time. It has been 3 years now that my husband has been going to a government hospital clinic, but he has to get some medicines from the pharmacy. The clinic is usually open every 45 or 50 days. During those days, 3 types of medicines cost more than Rs. 10,000. Now our child has passed the Ordinary Level (results A2, C4, S3) and is doing his Advanced Level. He also has a lot of expenses. My husband cannot work hard. He cannot ask his family for money every day. At my age (47), I don't even buy clothes there. I am getting old. I can't think of what to do. I can't imagine what I should do. Please forgive me, all of you. If someone helps me get my husband's medicines, we can live without anyone bothering us. I have presented a photo of the three of us, some of the documents related to my husband's illness, and a photo of my husband and I's engagement certificate as evidence in my story. I am requesting you to help me in any way you can. Thank you for taking your valuable time to listen to my concerns. I am Mudita Kumari from Sri Lanka. God bless you all.

A Humble Appeal to Save a Malnourished Child

A Humble Appeal to Save a Malnourished Child
A Humble Appeal to Save a Malnourished Child Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter with great hope and trust in the kindness of generous hearts like yours. This is a request to extend a helping hand to a helpless family that is struggling to survive and care for their children amidst very difficult circumstances. The husband of this family has no permanent job, and without a steady income, raising children has become almost impossible. Every day is a struggle to provide food, shelter, and medical needs. This hardship has become even more unbearable with the health condition of their third child. This child, sadly, was born with a low birth weight and is now suffering from severe malnutrition. The mother, with deep concern and love, is pleading for help to make her child better. For this child’s recovery, proper nutrition and regular medical treatment are absolutely essential. Every week, the child requires special milk powder costing Rs. 3,000. At least four tins are needed each month, which amounts to Rs. 12,000 monthly — a cost far beyond what the family can afford. In addition, the child must be taken to Hospital once a week, where blood and urine tests are carried out to monitor the condition. These medical visits and tests add another heavy burden on the family’s fragile financial situation. Therefore, we humbly appeal for your assistance. Your generous support will not only help provide the nutrition and treatment required, but it will also give this child a chance to grow, recover, and live a healthy life. If you are willing to help, kindly use the details below to send your contribution: PayPal Details PayPal ID: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?business=chamikaamarasena16@gmail.com&cmd=_donations&currency_code=&amount=&item_name=&return=&cancel_return= Your kindness and generosity will forever remain in the hearts of this family. Together, let us bring hope to a child in need.

Somali Dad Fighting Blindness: Support My Journey

Somali Dad Fighting Blindness: Support My Journey
My name is Burhan, a Somali father currently in Kenya. Back home in Somalia, I have young children who are waiting for me, depending on me for care, support, and a brighter future. Recently, I was diagnosed with a serious eye condition that has affected my vision and daily life. Without treatment, my situation will only get worse. After many struggles, I reached out to hospitals abroad and, Alhamdulillah, I received a medical invitation for treatment. But now I face a heartbreaking obstacle: I cannot afford the costs of travel, visa, accommodation, and medical care. As a father, it is painful knowing my children are waiting for me, while I cannot yet provide the life, health, and stability they deserve. This is why I am humbly reaching out to you. Your support — no matter how small — will make a huge difference. It will help me: Travel safely for urgent medical treatment. Restore my health and ability to work. Provide a future for my children, who are still in Somalia waiting for their father’s return with hope. 💔 My story is one of struggle, but also of faith. I believe that with your kindness and generosity, I can overcome this difficult chapter and give my children the life they deserve. Please, if you are able, donate and share this campaign. Your help can save my health, my family’s future, and bring hope back to our lives. May Allah reward you abundantly for every act of kindness. Gratefully, Burhan
