My name is Makwinja Denton Assam. I am 62 years old and I am facing a serious health challenge. Recently, I was diagnosed with severe post-TB structural lung disease, which has left my left lung destroyed. The CT scan shows extensive fibrosis, cavities, and damage consistent with pulmonary fibrosis and bronchiectasis. I am also at high risk of pneumothorax (collapsed lung) and other severe complications.I have had this disease since October 2021 to date ,I can't perform some tasks like sweeping the yard or gardening due to this disease, using stairs is inviting problems for me .
