YOUR SUPPORT IS HIGHLY NEEDED
Lebanese citizens face numerous challenges in the aftermath of unprecedented political, economic, and security crises. In a country where citizens can't afford basic needs, medication is scarce, and hospitals demand exorbitant fees from the sick just to be admitted, the "BEYT'K, SOHT'K" initiative aims to provide caregivers with the knowledge and know-how to care for those who can be treated at home through multiple training sessions in various sectors such as paramedics, nutrition, dieticians, and social, allowing regular citizens to become caregivers.
All of this is done to ensure that the learners have the necessary skills, knowledge, and behavior in the specific situation in which their "patient" is placed, as well as the ability to determine when a hospital visit is unavoidable. As a result, their medical expenses will be reduced, and hospitals and emergency services will be relieved.
Finally, the trainings that will begin in rural areas will benefit both the people who will participate and the Lebanese society as a whole, as they will be offered in approximately 65 villages.
