Hello, This is a young father from Mohammandpur, Dhaka. I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for help during one of the most challenging times of my life.
My wife is currently in her 8th month of pregnancy with our first child. What should have been a joyful time has turned into a medical crisis. During recent prenatal checkups, doctors discovered that she has gallstones (cholelithiasis) with elevated pancreatic enzymes. Her amylase and lipase levels are critically high, exceeding 1000, indicating acute pancreatitis. This serious condition requires immediate medical attention and careful monitoring throughout her pregnancy.
We have incurred significant medical expenses already. My wife is under the care of Sappo Medical Hospital, where she will deliver. The estimated cost for her remaining prenatal care and safe delivery is approximately $1,000. Additionally, I have taken a loan of over $600 to cover recent diagnostic tests, medical bills, and essential medications. I must repay this loan within one month.
Unfortunately, I recently lost my job, and I am currently unemployed. As a first-time father, I am struggling to manage these unexpected expenses while ensuring my wife receives the best medical care possible. Every day is stressful as I watch my wife's health complications and worry about our baby's safety.
I am not asking for charity, but for help during this emergency. Your donation, no matter the amount, will help us pay for her medical treatment and repay the urgent loan. It will give my wife peace of mind and allow us to focus on her health and our baby's arrival.
Thank you for your compassion and support during this critical time for our family.
