I am appealing to you to help my father, obtain life-saving heart surgery in Lebanon. Due to the financial crisis there, he is no longer able to get full government medical benefits. He had a heart valve implanted 5 years ago. Since then, 90% of his arteries have become blocked, which is causing him serious medical conditions (syncopes), and putting him at high risk of heart failure. He is badly in need of a valve replacement, which requires TAVI technology to reduce the risks of losing his life during medical surgery. As mentioned in the attached documents, this normally costs 34,000 USD plus 250,000,000 LBP but the hospital discounted it to 19,000 USD, I paid 4 000 USD from my savings, and the government's benefits will cover 78,000,000 LBP (1,950USD). So I need to raise 23000USD and the remaining 172,000,000 LBP which is around 4,300USD.
