My name is Mary. I come from a very poor family, and I am sharing my story with humility and hope.
My first-born sister passed away after a painful battle with cancer. During her illness, my family spent everything we had trying to save her life. We sold our land and used all our resources, but sadly we lost her and were left with nothing.
I am the second-born child, and despite being young, I have had to take responsibility for caring for my family. My parents are extremely poor, and at the moment I am the one doing everything I can to support them.
I am currently jobless and have been moving from place to place looking for work, but without success. Because of this, I have no income and no means to help my family meet even their basic needs.
I am asking for support to help my family survive, access basic needs, and rebuild our lives after everything cancer took from us. Any help, no matter how small, will mean a lot to us. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing my story.
