No one is allowed to sleep Hungry! Help Bassma fight poverty.
Due to the current economic crisis in Lebanon and with the increase in food commodity prices along with the possibility of removing subsidies on basic commodities, it has become difficult for the citizens to buy and secure a meal, for their children.
In the midst of this crisis, with 50% of the Lebanese people below the poverty line, Bassma pledged to stay by the side of every Lebanese citizen and provide food for the largest number of families possible. Today the number of requests for food assistance reached about 500 daily, and with the approaching month of Ramadan, the association is seeking help from all people of goodwill. Any contribution will make a difference in families’ lives, allowing them to have their most basic right, which is daily food.
