Let's Give Back
Dear members of the alumni family,
We hope you and yours are doing well.
As we have all come to realize, we are living in unprecedented times worldwide, and Lebanon is no exception to this. With a severe economic depression affecting every Lebanese family, our ASG families are struggling more than ever before.
Sadly, more than 40% of ASG families are unable to pay their tuition fees and as the Alumni Committee, we felt it our moral obligation to do something about that. Although the school is trying its best in every way possible to support the families, there is only so much it is able to do. For this reason, we are reaching out to you to help us in supporting the most vulnerable families.
ASG has always been more than just an educational institution: it has been a safe haven, a family, a place where we grew up and learned what life was all about, a place where we made lifelong friends, and a place where we learned how to pray for and serve others.
For those of you who are able to help, the ASG Alumni Committee is organizing a 2 months fundraising campaign (March 12 till May 15).
In turn, we pledge to be as transparent as possible with your donations and we plan to:
1. Issue a signed receipt in your name
2. Share a monthly financial statement of the donations coming in
3. At the end of the campaign, we will issue a detailed report signed by an authorized accountant including details of all the donations (including receipt codes) and also how the money was spent to help the ASG families (anonymously of course)
**Transfer fees would be applied
Life may have put us in different corners of the world, but we will always remain family and friends and our children’s future and education can bring us all together.
Thank you for supporting this cause and for being a beacon of hope. We appreciate you all and hope for much better days ahead.
