Dear friends and compassionate hearts, my name is Patricia, and I am a passionate advocate for dogs in need and for the past two years, I have dedicated my life to rescuing stray dogs in need. At 50 years old, I made the bold decision to take an early retirement and leave my job to dedicate my life, time and efforts to a cause that is close to my heart: rescuing and rehabilitating dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused. I believe that every dog deserves a loving home and a chance at a happy life.
Through my initiative, "Dogs Lives Matter TOO," I have committed myself fully to raising awareness about the plight of these innocent animals and providing them with the care they deserve. But to truly make a difference, I need your support. These dogs rely on us, and together, we can change their lives forever. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards:
- Medical care and vaccinations for rescued dogs
- Food, shelter and supplies to ensure their well being
- Surgeries for the injured
- Spaying and neutering
I have saved over 20 dogs from the streets, providing them with a safe haven and covering all their medical and living expenses out of my own savings and salary.
Each dog has a story, and each one deserves a chance at a loving home.
Currently, all my rescued dogs are in paid boarding, and while I have poured my heart and finances into their care, I am now facing a critical situation. I am almost out of funds and find myself unable to continue covering their expenses or take on any new cases. Every day, I encounter more dogs in need of help, but without support, I fear that I will have to return my dogs to the streets where they will face danger and uncertainty. For the first time, I am reaching out for assistance. I have never asked for donations before, but I am now at a point where I must seek help to continue this vital work. With only enough funds to cover the next couple of months, I am hoping to raise enough to keep my current dogs safe and healthy, and to create a future where they can find their forever homes. In addition to funding their care, I am also committed to finding loving families for each of them, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.
