Hi , my name Dr. ALmonther Jbara During wars, it is difficult to access traditional medicines due to bombing, blocking roads, and unjust siege. The majority of pharmacies in Gaza have become empty of the simplest types of medicines, including painkillers and antibiotics. More than 1.4 million Palestinian citizens lack the simplest types of medicines, such as painkillers and antibiotics, so we have resorted to some alternative medicines as options for treatment and alleviating symptoms as much as possible. These alternative medicines can include medicinal herbs, nutritional supplements, natural oils, and folk remedies. We have formed a charitable work team dedicated to distributing alternative medicines. Majdolin requires orthognathic surgery on both jaws due to a medical condition that makes chewing and swallowing difficult. Her diagnostic record including her extraoral pictures, intraoral pictures, radiography analysis, and psychologist report are attached in separate report. Majdolin's condition is characterized by a Class III skeletal malocclusion, a retruded maxilla (upper jaw), an advanced mandible (lower jaw), and clockwise rotation of the mandible. Her primary concern is the inability to smile.
