I'm sharfraz ismath 46 years old was a professional in pharmaceutical marketing in srilanka worked as a buisness development manager in no 1 pharmaceutical company was having a monthly 1.5 M rupee package with vehicle was living in a good way in 2019 I met with an accident when crossing road from a bend a buddy lorry came faster the side arm of lorry knocked my face I was in critical situation and recovered but lost all my teeth and I lost my job after that coz I have no teeth for a marketing job I became a not suitable person to continue company demanded to come back only after all teeth replacement.now 6 years gone my no Job my wife left me and took my son and separated coz I don't have a income..my mom & dad looked after me past 5 years but my father didn't had money to get do my dental replacement..last year my father passed away from that day till now myself and my mother 79 years we are struggling foe living even for food survival is very difficult..I have to replace 24 teeth minimum to smile look better If I get my dental replacement done I can re apply for pharmaceutical marketing job and make money and can get back to a healthy living looking after my mother..no one gives me job bcoz I don't have teeth otherwise I have all other educational qualifications and experience to go back pharmaceutical marketing job again. Before I was a good looking person but now even I don't like to see me in mirror no teeth lost weight due to this stress I look like a old man. My humble request I don't need big money I consulted a dental professional and ask the cost for full dental surgery & repair it will cost total approximately 7500 $ only. On June 2nd, I suffered a life-changing accident after falling from a roof. I was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO, where x-rays revealed a broken right hand and two severely broken and mangled lower legs. I journey has already included multiple major surgeries. On June 3 his Initial surgery to place a pin in his left heel, clean open leg wounds, and apply an external fixator to his right leg. June 9: Second surgery— Right fibula ORIF with plates and screws, plus reapplication of the external fixator. June 11: Third surgery—Right tibia ORIF with rods, plates, and screws. After 11 grueling days in the hospital, Levi was finally discharged on June 13th. He now faces a long and difficult recovery, wheelchair-bound and unable to bear weight on either leg for at least 3 months, learning to transfer using a slide board with only one usable hand, extensive physical therapy in the months ahead.
