Urgent Medical Appeal: Help My Father Fight Kidney
Dear Kind-Hearted Friends and Supporters, I am writing this letter with great hope and humility to seek your kind support during one of the most difficult times in our family’s life. My father is currently suffering from **severe kidney disease**, and after multiple medical evaluations, doctors have confirmed that he urgently needs a **kidney transplant**. Without this life-saving surgery, his health will continue to deteriorate, and the risks to his life are very serious. My father is a loving, hardworking, and selfless person who has always put his family first. Watching him struggle with this illness has been heartbreaking for us. He undergoes constant medical treatment, and his daily life is filled with pain, weakness, and uncertainty. Despite his strength and faith, the financial burden of a kidney transplant is far beyond what our family can afford on our own. The total cost of the surgery, hospital care, post-transplant medication, and recovery is extremely high. We have tried every possible way to manage the expenses, but our resources are limited. This is why we are reaching out to kind people like you for help. We are setting up this donation page with the sincere hope that, together, we can raise the funds needed to give my father a second chance at life. **Any contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful difference.** If you are unable to donate, we kindly ask you to share this appeal with others who may be able to help. Your generosity, prayers, and support mean more to us than words can express. We firmly believe that kindness and compassion can perform miracles, and with your help, my father can undergo the transplant and begin a new chapter of healing and hope. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for standing with us during this challenging journey. With gratitude and hope,

Help My Brother Michel Fight Kidney Failure
Hi, my name is Toni, and I am raising funds for my brother Michel, 38, as he prepares for a kidney transplant, pending doctors’ approval. Michel has been living with a disability since a car accident 9 years ago, and I am his full-time caregiver, assisting with daily needs, exercises, and personal care. Two months ago, Michel’s health worsened—he was not urinating enough, and his feet began to swell. Doctors confirmed he is suffering from kidney failure. He now requires dialysis and essential medications to stabilize his condition and prepare for a transplant. Finding affordable treatment has been very challenging. The most accessible dialysis option costs $25 per session in a city over an hour away. He requires 3 sessions per week, totaling 12 sessions per month. In addition, his medications cost $548 per month. Monthly expenses: Dialysis: $180 Medications: $548 Total monthly cost: $728 We are seeking support to cover his treatment for the next 12 months, bringing the total funding goal to $8,736 USD. These funds will ensure Michel receives consistent dialysis, the necessary medications, and proper care while waiting for the kidney transplant. Any help, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. Even if you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser will help us reach more people and provide Michel with the care he urgently needs. Thank you sincerely for your support and for helping us through this difficult time. gabyhanna01@gmail.com phone number : +387644058799

Help me fund my mom's cancer treatment

Help me fund my mom's cancer treatment
My name is Marcos. I am a Cuban citizen and a Singapore Permanent Resident since 2024, and I have called Singapore home since 2018. This country is where I have grown professionally and personally, and where my family found hope when we needed it most. My mum, Maria del Carmen Ochoa, was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer when I was just 15 years old, over 20 years ago. Since then, we have been fighting this illness together for most of my life. In recent years, conditions in Cuba deteriorated severely. Medical resources became scarce, treatments were no longer available, and doctors eventually told us she was terminally ill. Faced with the reality that she would suffer without proper care, I made the hardest decision of my life: to bring her to Singapore so she could have a peaceful, dignified, and pain-free end with proper palliative care. When the palliative doctor examined her in Singapore, everything changed. She was not at an end-of-life stage. She was immediately referred to oncology, and from 2023 until early 2025, my mum was given something we never thought we would have again: time. Two beautiful years filled with love, family, friends, and life. She was active, largely pain-free, and able to live with dignity while undergoing oral chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and continuous treatment at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The journey has not been without loss. A tumour grew at the base of her skull and damaged her optic nerve, leaving her blind in her right eye. Radiotherapy stopped the progression, and she adapted with remarkable strength, continuing to live life with courage and grace. Unfortunately, her current oral chemotherapy is no longer as effective, and the side effects are taking a heavy toll on her body. Since April 2025, her health has declined significantly. There is still hope, but she needs to regain strength to continue with new treatment options. These treatments are extremely expensive. Her current medication alone costs around SGD 7,000 per month, and the next line of treatment will cost the same or more. I have exhausted my savings and am now overwhelmed by debt. The outstanding medical bill with Tan Tock Seng Hospital has exceeded SGD 150,000, and I can no longer manage this on my own. Every decision I have made was to give my mum a chance to live without pain and fear. Had I not brought her to Singapore in 2023, she would not be alive today. The lack of medical resources and specialist care in Cuba would not have given her these extra years of life. I am reaching out with humility and hope. Any support you are able to offer will go directly towards my mum’s medical bills and ongoing treatment. Your kindness helps us continue this fight and gives my mum the care, dignity, and comfort she deserves. Thank you for reading our story and for standing with us during this difficult time. Marcos
