This humble family lives in rural Sri Lanka, struggling every day to provide a safe shelter for their children. Their current home has half-finished brick walls and a fragile cadjan leaf roof, which does not protect them from rain, heat, or wind. Inside, the family of five—including small children—lives in a single small room with minimal furniture and essentials. Despite their hardships, the parents work tirelessly to give their children love, safety, and hope for a better future. Little Sahan dreams of going to school without worrying about leaks in the roof. Every night, the children face rain, wind, and heat, making your support critical. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to fully rebuild and complete their home with safe walls, a solid roof, doors, windows, and basic furniture. Every donation, no matter how small, goes directly toward building materials and essential upgrades.
